I am delighted to announce a major milestone in the evolution of Naray Law. Founded in 2017 in Geneva, our firm was one of the very first in Switzerland to explicitly offer tax advice dedicated to cryptocurrency holders—a topic that was completely taboo in the legal community at the time!
Since then, we have continued to grow steadily. Jérôme Heumann had the courage to join us in 2022, followed by Me Nicolas Ducommun-Dit-Verron in 2024. Together, we have supported over 350 clients in their journeys.
Our services have evolved from simple assistance with tax declarations for Swiss investors in cryptocurrencies to positioning ourselves as one of the leaders—or even the leader—in expatriations for investors, entrepreneurs, and crypto enthusiasts. We have helped our clients in various areas: tax regularization, optimized declarations using modern and “crypto-friendly” software, the creation of dozens of companies, and comprehensive support during expatriations from across Europe to Switzerland. Our advice always went beyond pure legal matters, including global assistance: from bank selection to real estate purchases, including introductions to qualified experts.
Today, we are taking a decisive step: the internationalization of our firm and its founder!
We are convinced that the cryptocurrency trend will accelerate in the coming years, and that our clients’ needs are evolving. Demand for expatriation services, advice, and tax optimization outside the Old Continent will explode. To meet this, we are building solid partnerships in Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, the Emirates, and the Caribbean.
